Dr. Bassam Hashim Al Sayed holds master’s and doctoral degrees in Islamic Economics from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. He has more than 30 years of practical experience across management, finance, and investment. He began his career as a financial accountant at Al Rajhi in Jeddah in 1986, then joined Dallah Al Baraka Group in 1988 and progressed through several administrative and investment roles. He was appointed Director of Consulting and Training and later Investment Officer at Dallah Al Baraka Holding in 1995. In 1999, he became Senior Manager of the Investment Funds Unit at Al Baraka Investment and Development Company and Al Tawfeek Funds Company, remaining until 2008, when he joined Al Tawfeek Financial (Itqan Capital) and served as Head of Investment Funds until 2012. In 2012, he joined Alinma Investment, wholly owned by Alinma Bank, as Head of Asset Management, and in 2015 became Chief Investment Officer. During that period, he helped establish and manage numerous investment funds and portfolios and supervised brokerage and product development. In April 2018, he joined Emirates NBD Capital Saudi Arabia as Head of Asset Management. In April 2020, he joined Itqan Capital as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Supervisor of Investments and Specialized Funds, and in April 2021 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Itqan Capital.

A highly qualified senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He holds an MBA from Colorado State University in the United States and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. Mr. Barea has broad professional experience across financial, advisory, and investment companies. He served as General Manager of Forsah Group for Financial and Management Consulting and, before that, as Head of Asset Management at Anfaal Capital and Al Nefaie Investment Group. He also served as General Manager at Pioneer Securities, Senior Licensing Officer at the Capital Market Authority, and in treasury and investment at the National Commercial Bank.

Mr. Osama Zakaria Jamjoom has extensive experience in management, investment, finance, and real estate. He currently serves as founder and owner of Dar Development and Management of Engineering Projects and Dar Al Wasal Real Estate Marketing Company. He held several leadership positions within Dallah Al Baraka Group companies, served as a part-time lecturer at the College of Business Administration in Jeddah, was a teaching assistant in the Thermal Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering at King Abdulaziz University, and worked as a mechanical engineer on international airport projects. He has served on the boards of several organizations, including Halwani and the Jeddah Chamber. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, postgraduate studies in management and information systems from the same university, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University.
